M-1 Global and the former Pride FC staff will be putting on a New Years Eve event at the Saitama Superarena in Japan title "Yarennoka". This will surely be Japan's biggest event of the year. Thus far there are four fights that have been confirmed (see below), also scheduled to be on this star-studded fight card are the Russian heavyweight phenom Fedor Emelianenko, Brazil's Ricardo Arona, Joachim Hansen and more.
